Sonali trained classically in India first at an academy, then at, "Taj", a leading hotel chain known for its renowned restaurants. Over those years in India and then for 27 years in the US, she continually improved her culinary skills focusing on various Indian cuisines, as well as several international cuisines. Lately, she's been cooking mostly with all natural, organic ingredients and whole grains. The difference in taste and energy is immeasurable. Sonali loves to teach both adults and kids how to cook with ease and produce great results that bring family and friends together as never before!
